It is the New Hennepin Theater at Ninth street and Hennepin avenue, where the acts which traverse the Junior Orpheum circuit will play, The cost of the new playhouse is approximately $1,200,000.

Seats 2,928 Persons.

The theater has 200 more seats than the big State-Lake theater in Chicago. It has more than 500 more seats than the Minneapolis Auditorium. In fact, it has a seating capacity of 2.928 and there is not a post to obstruct the gaze or twist the neck. An idea of the size of the theater is given by the distances from the top row seats to the stage—165 feet. Full crews of workmen are toiling 24 hours a day, striving to have everything in readiness.
