A Pleasant Hotel Social Hop – The Toilets.
The Berkley Club gave a very pretty dancing party at the Berkley Hotel last night in which some 40 c couples participated. The program consisted of two numbers and four extras. Dancing began at 9 o’clock and was continued until 1 o’clock.
There were a number of handsome toilets, among which were the following: Miss Ziegler, black satin and velvet and yellow silk. Perkins, blue crepe. Miss Jessie Phillips, lavender and brown. Louise Eustis, black satin. Miss Dell Phillips, an empire gown of old rose faille. Miss Bennett, crepe. Miss Adams, pale lavender and yellow china silk. Conkey, black lace. Miss Freeman, a 16th century gown of rose colored mull. decollette.
Miss Buckman, red crepe. Miss Cole, white crepe. Miss Whitehead, blue silk and white lace.
