Above the Mills

The FLOUR MILLS OF GENERAL MILLS at MINNEAPOLIS, MINN.,
(daily capacity, 23,000 Cwt.) are located on the west bank of the Mississippi River at St. Anthony Falls, where the original mill was built by General C. C. Washburn in 1866. Today General Mills is the largest flour milling organization in the world employing over 12,000 people in its mills, plants. elevators, offices and laboratories.
