FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, 110 SOUTH 7th STREET, MINNEAPOLIS, is chartered and supervised by the Government. Its resources have grown from $295,000 in 1936 to at the present time. Since organization FIRST FEDERAL has paid nearly TWO MILLION DOLLARS in dividends to thousands of savers and investors. The rate has never been less than two and a half percent per year. FIRST FEDERAL’S funds are loaned on the security of first mortgages on homes in the Minneapolis area.
